A soul-stirring evening of yoga & rejuvenation awaits you. Take delight in this evening retreat as you are lead through an all levels yoga class set on Shoji's outdoor yoga deck surrounded by endless tree canopies on the edge of the Pisgah National Forest.
This class will focus on proper alignment techniques, building strength, conscious breathing, and non-dogmatic philosophy and spirituality. Elevate your yoga practice with an indulgent summer night hot tub soak under the stars, honoring the traditional bathing and soaking rituals of Japan.
Retreat includes access to the dry cedar sauna, cold plunge pool, and spa amenities. Hot tubs will be communal and open to all retreat participants, so expect to meet and connect with your fellow classmates as in traditional yoga retreat settings. Plan to stay 3 to 3.5 hours.
