Shoji Spa Information
As therapeutic as a good hot soak can be, some people have
medical conditions (such as high blood pressure or heart conditions)
which require a doctor's consent. If you have current or chronic
health issues or are pregnant, consult your physician before soaking
Shoji Retreats complies with all guidelines of the American with
Disabilities Act. As handicapped parking is limited, please let
us know of any special needs when making reservations.
Shoji Spa Water
The tubs at Shoji utilize state of the art purification systems
including ozonators and continuous filtration
systems. The water from every tub is completely sanitized
in no more than twenty minutes.

Bathing suits are optional in all private tubs and in the cold plunge. Bathing suits or a robe are required in the outdoor relaxation areas and in the sauna.
Shoji Retreats Sustenance
Available in the lobby, you will find bottled water, juices
and light snacks which can be added to your tab during your stay.
Please do not eat in the tub areas. While plastic and metal drink containers
are allowed in the tub areas, please notify staff if you have a glass container so we may safely prepare it for use on the deck or tub areas.
Alcohol consumption before and during your visit to Shoji may
impair judgment, cause loss of consciousness or injury to self
and others, and is discouraged. Nevertheless, if you do bring
glass, we ask that you notify us so that we can provide a safe
container as no glass may be in or around the tub areas.
Please make accommodations for your pets before coming to
Shoji. Pets cannot be left in the car while guests enjoy their
hot tub experience.
Shoji Retreat is a non-smoking spa. Please do not smoke in
or around the property or buildings.
Leave all valuables at your hotel or home as Shoji cannot
be responsible for valuables on the property or in cars in the
parking lot. Lockers are provided with locks but, regardless,
we make this suggestion to all guests as we do not assume responsibility for personal items..
Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy
We understand that things can come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment at Shoji.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all spa appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your reservation time, no problem!
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the missed reservation.
Be aware that Shoji Retreats may charge a $10 service fee each time an appointment is moved or rescheduled.
